Sessions are available online or in person in a calm, private setting in Taunton, Somerset (subject to prior appointment). Many clients choose online sessions for the flexibility it offers, although both options provide the same supportive space.

£85 - 60 minutes
A one to one therapeutic session focused entirely on you and what you're experiencing.
Together we gently explore what's happening, understand the patterns and begin to create meaningful shifts.
4 session (60 mins)- £300
Sometimes a single session isn't enough to create lasting change.
This package allows us to work together over several sessions, giving you time to explore challenges more deeply and begin embedding new ways of thinking and responding.
Payment options available
90 minutes - £225
A focused session designed to help you gain clarity around a specific challenge or situation.
People choose this session when they feel at a crossroads or need space to work through something important.
£499 - 2.5 - 3 hours
Sometimes what you're experiencing is more complex or deeply rooted and requires more time to properly explore.
People often choose this option to shift fears or phobias or want to make significant progress quickly.
Transformational Coaching
£1,500 - 4 month programme
This programme provides structured support over several months, allowing us to explore underlying patterns, build confidence, and create meaningful change across different areas of life.
The programme includes:
• 1 × 90-minute session followed by 3 x 60 minute session
• Integration support between sessions
• WhatsApp support for reflection and guidance
This deeper container allows time for insights to develop, new perspectives to emerge, and lasting change to take root.
